Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Qalrix Group, LLC (“we”, “us”) for the CattleBOSS app and cattleboss.app. By using CattleBOSS you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

Your account and your ranch

You’re responsible for your sign-in and for the people you invite to your ranch. Anyone with your ranch’s invite code can join and see and change its records, so share it only with people you trust. You can create a new code by contacting us.

Subscriptions and free trial

• CattleBOSS is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• New subscribers get a 30-day free trial where offered. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you’re charged.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• One subscription covers your ranch: people who join your ranch use it without a separate subscription while yours is active.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Without an active subscription you can still open the app and view your records; adding and recording requires a subscription.

Your data

Your herd records belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export them at any time from Reports.

Use the information wisely

CattleBOSS is a record-keeping tool. Withdrawal times, dosages and due dates in the app come from what you or the starter product list entered and may be wrong or out of date. Always follow the product label and your veterinarian. CattleBOSS is not veterinary advice, and you are responsible for decisions about your animals, including when they are cleared for sale or slaughter.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other ranches’ data, interfere with the service, or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows.

Availability

We work to keep CattleBOSS running and your data backed up, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Keep your own exports of records you can’t afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Qalrix Group, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or livestock losses, arising from your use of CattleBOSS. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for CattleBOSS in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using CattleBOSS and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
