Delete your CattleBOSS account

You can delete your account and data yourself in the app, or ask us to do it.

In the app

1. Open CattleBOSS and go to Ranch → Account & sync.
2. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

By email

Send a request from the email address you sign in with to info@qalrix.com with the subject “Delete my CattleBOSS account”. We complete requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in (email and password).
• If you own a ranch: the ranch and all of its animals, records and photos, for everyone on it. Export what you want to keep first from Ranch → Reports.
• If you’re a hand on someone else’s ranch: your membership. The ranch’s records stay with the owner.

Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings so you aren’t charged again. Records kept only on a phone stay there until the app is deleted from it.
