Privacy policy

CattleBOSS is made by Qalrix Group, LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the CattleBOSS app and cattleboss.app collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: info@qalrix.com.
What we collect
- Account details — the email address and password you sign in with, and your ranch name.
- Herd records you enter — animals (tag, EID, name, breed, birth date, dam and sire, pasture, notes), shots and treatments (product, dose, route, lot, withdrawal), weights, breeding, preg checks, calvings, sales and deaths, and your product list.
- Photos you take or choose for an animal.
- Subscription status — whether your subscription or trial is active and when it renews. Payment details stay with Apple or Google; we never see your card.
We do not collect your location, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and the app contains no ads or third-party trackers.
How we use it
- To run the app: store your herd, sync it to the phones on your ranch, schedule reminders, and make the reports you ask for.
- To know whether your ranch has an active subscription.
- To contact you about your account (for example sign-up confirmation and password resets).
We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
Where it’s kept and who can see it
Your records are stored on your phone and, once you sign in, backed up with Supabase on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Photos are kept in private storage. Only signed-in members of your ranch can read or change your ranch’s records and photos. Reminders are scheduled on your phone; they are not sent through our servers.

Keeping and deleting your data
You can delete animals and records in the app at any time. To delete your account and your ranch’s data, use Ranch → Account & sync → Delete my account in the app, or follow the steps at cattleboss.app/delete-account. Deleting a ranch owner’s account deletes that ranch’s records for everyone on it. We complete email requests within 30 days. Records kept only on your phone stay there until you delete the app.
Children
CattleBOSS is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell account holders about significant changes.
