Common questions

How do I add the rest of the crew?

On your phone: Ranch → Account & sync → note the invite code. On their phone: sign in, choose “Join with a code” and enter it. Hands don’t need their own subscription.

A phone isn’t showing new records.

Check it’s signed in to the same ranch (Ranch → Account & sync), then tap Sync now. Records made with no signal sync once the phone is back in range.

Reminders aren’t showing up.

Turn them on under Ranch → Reminders, and make sure notifications are allowed for CattleBOSS in your phone’s Settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CattleBOSS. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CattleBOSS. Or Ranch → Subscription → Manage subscription in the app.

I got a new phone.

Install CattleBOSS, sign in with the same email, and your ranch syncs down. If you subscribed, tap Restore purchases on the plans screen.

How do I get my records out?

Ranch → Reports. Every report exports as a PDF or spreadsheet.
